@mimorinka This is from the English wikipedia article, “Antisemitism in Japan”, which is interesting. The full article alleges it was merely “taught” by the Germans to them, and reinforced by other Whites, but anyone who has had to have long term dealings with them tend to view them unfavorably at best.

Even Harry S. Truman, a very philosemitic (a.k.a., pro-jewish, but not jewish himself) president, who had the USA formally recognize Israel 8 minutes after it was officially founded, wrote disparagingly of them in his private diary. Mainly because of the sheer lack of gratitude, of never being content with what they’re given, and in the context of WW2, their total lack of concern for anyone except their own kindred. Hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of many other European ethnicities within Europe were displaced by WW2 and despite having so much influence over the president (and congress), banks, etc, and thus one would presume they would be a bit more tactful and careful in how they use such power, they cared nothing for anyone else.
