   About time for freedom-minded payment processors to get active in Japan?
   
   Ironically, “Akamatsu said he created the company that eventually turned into Manga Library Z as a way to fight piracy.” Employees are discussing crowdfunding or becoming a non-profit, but more likely, the effort just shows that when it comes to H, piracy is the only option. Even with a respected manga artist turned LDP Councilor, the companies will just shut it down!
