I use tge creatine causeit seems to cut my recovery time into about 1 day but i also use collagen peptides. After i started doing that i noticed my connective tissues stopped being so sore and fatigued all the time thats it for me. I use sone motrin when i get super sore or inflamed but i just bio hack othan that i do free diving breathing excercises to dope epo naturally and i normally practice blood flow restriction training. And i fast alottoo about 16-20 hrs every day and mostly eat a meat and cheese and egg based diet with just a pop of carbs
