This funny comic is about a common experience for the command line interface (CLI) users on their Linux or Unix machine. Panel 1: The user searches through their command history using the up arrow key on their keyboard. This is a way to quickly access previously used commands on modern Linux and Unix shells. Panel 2 & 3: The user is frustrated and still can't find the command needed. Panel 4: The user finally finds the command looking for! It's a simple ls command, a fundamental and frequently used Linux command. Panel 5: The user went through so much trouble to find a very simple and common ls command.
