   This is white civilian's first outing trying to take care of business in place of a federal response, and this is one of many painful lessons we must learn. Whining about how the cabal specially sent a blustering UH60 wolf to huff and puff and blow down our straw house is a cop-out: The real lesson here is that we should have made our house out of brick.

   Chances are the UH driver was trying to figure out where the hell he's supposed to land, and seeing a zone like theirs, got them mixed up. From the sound of the boomer retellings you'd think he was hovering 15 feet off the deck, but this is pretty high up as far as a helo landing goes. So far I've seen 3 angles of this and I can't figure out how they got $100,000 of damage and hospitalizations out of it. There are boomers flying ultralights in airports w/ blackhawks and apache units in the pattern all the time, they don't end up hospitalized from a downdraft from 500 AGL.
