That's why I also announce my STI test visits in the company newsletter, and bring it up at the biweekly meetings. "The company can't be in trouble, if our boss is getting laid this often." Jokes on them. I'm not getting laid at all and the company is going into liquidation. But the important part is no one knows either of those. The truth is what you make it.
