   While LCMS hq remains awful, SE Circuit is good people, and they'll make sure the aid gets to volunteers and people that need it.
   
   They aim to provide 18,000 personal hygiene aid packages which include towels, toothpaste, and other personal grooming essentials to people who lost everything.
