Excellent poast. There’s a reason you never hear anyone talk about living standards anymore. Hell, when was the last time any pol even mentioned the phrase “standard of living”?
You now have millions of 30something millennials who are locked out of the (good) job market, the housing market and even the dating market. They share apartments with strangers and need second jobs just to barely scrape by (kinda appropriate that the nigger phrase “side hustle” is used to describe these shitty living conditions).
Fuck this country. I can’t wait til it shatters into twenty pieces.
