HOME GYM REVIEW: Power Tower 💪 (3 months later)
Great for doing pull ups, better than my sketchy door frame. The horizontal bars on the frame can collide with your knees depending on your height, so strict vertical/negative form is required. Alternatively you can do pull ups from the opposite direction, allowing you to do hanging leg raises.
The dip bars are fixed width and may be too wide for some people, doubly so for the push up bars. Not a true substitution for a pair of parallettes.
The arm rests on my model are short so I end up pushing my hands past the grips and just balancing on my elbows.
Recommended, great for strength training but also stretching. Post-COVID home gym market dumping these things at prices that cannot be profitable considering shipping costs.
