   Is it awful for you? Well no, but you need to ABSOLUTELY hydrate the hell out of yourself to keep it soluble. Maybe a roofer in texas has enough reason to take something like this, if he's drinking 2 gallons a day and keeping his pee clear. But guys who spend an hour lightly sweating in an air conditioned gym, and have 1 liter of water and 4 white monsters throughout the day aren't going to have a good spring 2026, because their ureters will be shredded from passing all these stones
