   You don't notice it at first, it's only after the grind, when you tell her you're stressed because your job is understaffed, and your mistakes can/do kill people....only for her to lecture you about how STRESSFUL her job is, too, and you don't have a monopoly on stress. Sure, she cuts hair and gossips for 7 hours a day, while you're locked in the hospital hoping that the homeless fag didn't give you tuberculosis, or that the family of that dead guy on tuesday isn't going to highlight your tired 3-am resuscitation efforts with a wrongful death suit - but her stress isn't any less valid than yours!

   She's a professional too, she's got a license too, so you have to fluff her ego as if she's there eating shit in the trenches with you...and try not to snort when she says she feels like taking a week off for the 2nd time this month
