Indeed, it is a RFT KC85/4. There was not just Robotron in East Germany producing computers, this one is a good example.
The KC85/4 BASIS DEVICE produces 1.77 MHZ (Z80 clones) with a U880 CPU. It has 128 Kbytes of RAM memory, 64 KB is reserved as image repeat memory IRM (Image Repetition Memory). 64 KB are freely available. Of these 64 KB RAM, two 16 KB blocks run in parallel from address 8000H. Switching multiple blocks can manage up to 4 MB. The KC85/4 has a total of 20 Kbytes of ROM memory: 4 KB CAOS C, 8 KB CAOS E, 8 KB HC-BASIC. CAOS is the operating system of the BASIS DEVICE. CAOS uses 40x32 characters in text mode. In graphics mode 320x256 pixels and 4 colors in full graphics mode (pixel mode). In pseudo graphics mode, 16 foreground colors (ink) and 8 background colors (paper) are possible.
The 8-bit computer KC85 (KleinComputer 85) was developed as a basic device for a very expandable computer system. The main difference to normal home computers is its more modular concept. It enables the connection of different attachment devices and different modules. This concept allows the KC85 to be adapted to a wide variety of tasks and applications. The BASIS DEVICE is equipped with an expansion interface. The various attachment devices are connected here. On the front there are two shafts to accommodate two modules. This modular design was unique among home computers at the time. The modular monster was born.
