    We talked to a teacher and she said - to our horror - that the new laptops they gave the students end up being a distraction in class because the black students turn on the webcam and make silly faces in it.

    They can't take pictures, they can't record or stream....they just treat it like monkey looking in the mirror.

    The other races apparently play minecraft on them.
