   When you think about it, 16% isn't all that high either, and that's the military's ooh-rah post-9/11 heyday. Ouch.

   Also note how many full timers this unit has just to source fresh meat: That is VERY expensive for the service. You wouldn't survive at a dealership with this many guys hoping to sell 7 cars a month.
