   Vidya demans a shitload of your attention and time, and there are a thousand other things you could do that would pay dividends in time, expertise, career advancement, stature, health, and family.

   Everything is that way, but we still choose to do the lesser most of the time.

   Just don't start hyperventilating about it, accept that you're paying costs for it that will ultimately not be worth the buy-in now, and let it go.
