通信制が安売り攻勢で伸びてますからね。特に京都芸術大学は、通信制が困難と思われていた芸術分野を徹底的に機能分解することで最低限のスクーリングでちゃんと芸術教育できるように仕立てあげた。面白いのは、これでどれだけレベルが下がるかと思ったら、むしろ通学部より通信の方が受賞実績がいい。
