   Testosterone levels significantly lower with age.
   
   The chart below shows ranges, but most men are at the high end in their teens and the low end late in life. Regardless, if a man gets below 500ng/dl, he's going to feel like shit. Diet and exercise isn't going to fix age related decline.
   
   The problem for men is that doctors act like age related decline is natural, and therefore, not a medical condition. Note that other age related declines are considered medical conditions... heart disease, dementia, etc.
   
   Nonetheless, if you can't get testosterone from a doctor, the govern.ment will allow you to buy alcohol from a sand nigger at 7/11. So there's that. 🤷♂️
