   Remember ~3 years ago when the Government/Media was hyping up "white nationalists planning attacks on power stations"?

   Would a one week power and Internet outage crush the spirits of most Americans?

   I'd ask about longer timeframes, but I'm assuming that a lack of refrigeration, shelf-stable food, and means to cook for most will cause significant instability if it lasts longer than a week. (See: Katrina)
