   Taking this into consideration the assumptions either are
   1: Jingo was contacted and had knowledge of merch being produced
   2: Jingo had no knowledge and merch companies ignored rights ownership
   
   Companies DID know and had knowledge of the original model maker. So someone is making a sneaky play here. :back_from_the_cia:
