   Still, Palpatine spend too much effort into making megaprojects. But you might consider it a victory lap, he proven that he can become an absolute ruler by playing by their retarded rules.
   And in the end, galaxy switched from retarded democracy(+cultists) to monarchy. Hell, even the new monarchy are kids of his student/right hand man.
