   @WandererUber @Zettour Most of the slants are like that - china has a big industry because they're too proud to just come out and tell people their ancient "wisdom" doesn't hold a candle to modern (western, as they see it) medicine. It's part of their heritage though, and they see it as an integral part of their civilization so they refuse to cast it away, even if ineffective.

   So you can be a certified chink herbologist and tell someone to eat factory-farmed gallstones in order to cure that "bad humour" he has in his 4th dantian (which would be seen as pancreatic cancer, were you to scan for it)
