#IsraelWarCrimesUNICEF global spokesperson James Elder has documented how Israeli officials blocked lifesaving aid from reaching 10,000 people, despite having all of the needed approvals.
The convoy was forced to wait for 5 hours near a military checkpoint, and the aid truck was denied entry.
"Another aid restriction, another aid denial," Elder said.
