   I could see it being a problem if there isn’t enough length or stretch on the sides to allow then to be pulled up, but side-tie ones could easily remedy that by tying them a bit looser, plus then there is extra flair with the bows exposed.
   The ones on that Mordred pic appear to have adjusters on the side, so that’s an option too.
