   A bud sold me on this "not my problem" routine the other day and it's really fun

   "hey it's good that {minority} is getting {special treatment}!"

   "why? I'm not {minority}"

   "because it's a human rights thing, it's good! You SHOULD care other people are better off!"

   "But I'm not, they aren't me, so I'd rather they fail, it doesn't help me"

   "but, that's so mean, we all have to look out for each other!"

   "but they don't look out for me, so.....why owe them anything?"

   Have done it a few times and it's fun getting them to just shrug when you point out your goodwill isn't reciprocated, and their zog religion doesn't really account for someone who can't be guilted into self sacrifice
