   Maybe I need to see more of these ‘good’ familial chinamen, because all my IRL learning has shown they’re very big to talk about good confucian action but utterly divorced from any sense of fealty even to their brothers.

   I don’t mean to throw too many stones in their direction, this is just a reminder that we are separate peoples and we need to stay on our respective sides of the globe. We are fundamentally incompatible, still, always distinct by an unbridgeable divide of the soul.
