When Israeli officials discuss possible arrest warrants for Netanyahu and other government members by the International Court of Justice in The Hague, it should tell you two important things, IMHO:

1. They fear the ICJ might have gathered enough material to actually run into this risk.
2. The ICJ *is very relevant* and has real power, no matter what many folks out there, especially from the US, try to tell you.
