   - Increase max media size
   - Toggle supported mime types
   - Import suggested rules (1 click)
   - Enable + Manage S3 config
   - Change user settings (like max mutes)
   - Add autofollow accounts

   and much more from the new Pixelfed Admin Settings is so nice!

   No more editing .env or running cli commands, once you save the updated settings they are active. 😎
