   Tried my hand at a new curry but I think I missed the mark on the recipe by not caramelizing the onions enough, and the tomato is probably wrong too, as it wasn’t ripe because hey, it’s February.

   But it’s still nice!

   Pistachio & yogurt chicken curry. Huzzah. #cooking #food
