   @lichelordgodfrey It's a very, very depressing thing to consider. Imagine going back 50 years to tell a triumphant american patriot that you can't see a single healthy white family on prime time television and he'd never believe you.

   Meanwhile, they made "Malcom in the Middle"'s parents have a "good marriage, because we thought it was really sad that in 1999, the only happily married couple on TV was the simpsons!!!"

   A quarter century later and we get whole plotlines about begrudgingly enlightened boomers coming to terms with how cute their homosexual kids' partner's surrogate baby is. (Brought to you by Gilead Sciences™)
