   This whole project reeks of the same stink that halo, starship troopers, et al have. You have people who say "oh we wanted to make something the studio said nobody would watch it unless we tied it to something already successful. They have the license for a popular franchise so whatever, we can kitbash it together", then they shriek at the faithful fans when they complain about getting a bait & switch
