   Been doing this for like, 3 months thinking "dang I hate this, makes me wanna barf so hard every time I take it" and only after throwing up for real did I actually dig in and find out "oh sorry man that's like a 3x per week thing not a daily thing"

   So my sloppiness was being punished. Just 'cause the guy's got solid physique backing up his guidance doesn't mean you're exempt from DYOR
