   While the Amiga port was in the Alpha phase and entering testing, Prophecy of the Shadow was ultimately cancelled in 1992 as the Amiga market continued its decline. As a result the game was only released for MS-DOS.

   Yet, SSI had already begun advertising for pre-orders…

   Instead of finishing the Amiga port they focused on the game’s sequel but never finished it, either.

   I wonder if the Amiga port was ever saved by anyone anywhere…?
