I was trying to think last night about when the growth rate will start to decelerate, it should be when it approaches saturation of the store-of-value asset market. Lets say 50% of all store-of-value. At 1mn$ BTC, you have 21tn $ market cap which is more than the market cap of gold (14tn).
Now BTC has superior properties to gold so I think it can get a bit bigger, but I would probably call the top at around 1mn$ BTC. Not the top in fiat notation of course, against a collapsing asset there is no top, but more like the top in terms of growth rate against other assets.
tl;dr: When the price hits about 1mn we sell all the BTC to Blackrock, then we make BTC uncool and start using PKT instead 😏
