   Number 1 cause of premature monitor tray droopage (PMHD): improper lifting technique.

   Number 2: improper shipping practices (i.e. a shocking lack of logical packing materials).

   Number 3: when stored on the *floor* the tray is eventually kicked.

   Don't let this happen to you. Again.
