@ryuuji the nijistans are saying that the documents are either a. fake or b. illegally retrieved. both of these are quite extraordinary claims and of course, no one's bothering to back it up. I don't care enough to watch the 4 hour+ stream but he disclosed that it was an unsigned contract - something that a nijisanji auditionee would go and look through whether they actually get approved or not.

thinking back on this, it's really filthy how they think that nijisanji can just do whatever they want and that westerners should just shut up about it because they don't understand japanese business culture or whatever, but then want nijisanji to go sue some western youtuber for discussing about its shady business practices that involve international employees.
