I would estimate from, uh [TRUST ME BRO OK] that at least 20-25% of surgeons have strong psychopathic tendencies and in the ultrahigh risk fields (vascular surgery, cardiothoracic, ortho spine, neurosurgery) that percentage is much, much higher. These are still (mostly) non-criminal productive members of society with families and legitimate lives
For a man the advantage is obvious: you look fearless under pressure, you can make snap decisions, you can be charming at will.
For a woman I can see several advantages as well. You are even better at manipulating others than the average female, you can monkeybranch and upgrade at will with zero regrets, and you can always sex-bait a man into violently dealing with any "problems" in your life.
