A ghost is displayed in a partially transparent state, and jumps away from the mouse any time the mouse gets close. A coordinate box appears when this happens, as though the ghost is being dragged around the screen. The tray icon is clicked to bring up SSP's menu and reset the position of the ghost. Then the previous actions are repeated, with the ghost jumping away before it can be clicked.

This keeps happening to me recently with various ghosts, and I'm not sure why? They seem to get stuck "dragging", and I can't get them out of that mode.
Even if I close and reopen the ghost, it still appears semi-transparent, although I'm able to click and drag it again to get it back to normal.
I'll have to take more notes if it keeps happening...
