doujin

It was over a year ago when I published my first doujinshi, Predatore. some people know me as a #JOJO fan, so expectedly my first doujin was about that, and it's yaoi.

I want to make a self-reflection about it. first of all, 50+ fucking pages is a lot for my first run. I even did extra sketches because by this end of this I was so tired of drawing jojo shotas that I wanted to draw other stuff as well. So, you'll see that.

Also, Shotacon wasn't my thing before Jojo, believe it or not. More ironic is that jojo isn't even a shotacon anime, I just really like the characters, especially the ones from Part 5. But I can't draw muscular men, so I can only draw cute, feminine femboys 😅 This wouldn't even be considered true shotacon because the characters are like... at least 18 years old, you can draw them looking like adult men and it wouldn't make a difference.

I worked really hard on this. Looking back on it now, the drawings are kind of cringe. I rarely draw boys so it was a huge risk. I had to study male anatomy a bit before I started making this. At some point, I just gave up with that and now they just look like traps.

For my next doujinshi, (which is a prequel to this one) I will definitely do better! Things have changed and I have a clearer view of what I want. Expect the characters to be even cuter and smaller. That's what I'm good at drawing, and that's what I enjoy drawing the most. 🙂
