Go back to the Arab Spring and the purpose of Twitter in Egypt/Libya. Twitter/FB served the govt interest.
What is happening now in France is the inverse of that. What's happening w/Twitter is the inverse of prior Govt interest. Shutting down Twitter serves interest of govt.
