This is a comic about the programming languages PHP, Python, and Ruby and their struggle to remain relevant over time. Many years ago, PHP believed it was becoming irrelevant, but it was saved by Facebook and other free open-source software (FLOSS) projects. Similarly, Python thought it was also becoming irrelevant, but it was saved by its versatility in machine learning and other applications. Presently, Ruby is concerned about its relevance and is hoping that machine learning or Facebook will save it, but so far, Ruby has yet to receive any help.
