   @ThatMushroom She's not ugly by any means, but she has a niche. Girls with niche looks are polarizing, it strongly turns some off (incompatible genes) and turns some guys on (compatible genes).

   goes against years of "U R BEAUTIFUL NO MATTER WHAT" rhetoric they're accustomed to get from all quarters
