   Here is my Alex Gleason signature cocktail I just invented:
   
   Shah's Palace
   
   1 oz rose water
   1/2 oz absinthe
   1/2 oz gin
   1/2 oz simple syrup
   
   Dry shake in a cocktail shaker with a vegan foaming agent. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with rose petals. Say "I'm vegan btw."
