   Reports coming in of the next series of tsunami surges. Nothing above 50cm so far, but NHK announcers repeatedly warn in no uncertain terms that sudden floods can hit at any time. "Do not let your guard down, continue evacuating", they keep repeating.

   Earthquake damage reports coming in: A few collapsed buildings, some people trapped, a few areas have lost power, and a few fires have broken out.
