   I have negative charisma so everyone just ignores me.

   i believed this about myself, once. it helps to know that people are idiots and that we are inundated with cowards, speaking in reference to the proportion of the population.

   for myself, right action and the taking of it i view as a filtration mechanism; the people who would follow me will follow me if they are sufficiently "of-type." to some degree i believe that virtuous action requires nobility of character which in turn comes in no small amount from good breeding. and we don't really have so much of that now, i.e. ameri-mutt mongrel mystery meat people.

   so don't be too hard on yourself and know that the outcome of your choices isn't really within your purview; rather it is up to God to redeem those choices. that is my take thank you friend.
