   this is what is known as the *first mover problem* and it fortunately has a simple solution; one simply goes and does what is right. be bold, and mighty forces come to your aid. if not your brothers (or the brethren) then know that God is in your corner.
   
   but when i asked the SpecOps vets how they determined who was the leader in a given group of them they said, "well you prove that you get things done and then people join up."
   
   so if we want people to follow our example then we must lead with it. if you are concerned about the consequences then the people around you will be inspired to fear the consequences as well. reality is fractal. thank you friend.
