   doner than done: i added two super last minute features to the MNT Pocket Reform motherboard:
   — a tiny connector where we're going to connect a side panel slide switch which turns off even standby power, for shipping and storage
   — a latch chip that can hold a bunch of power and display related enable/reset bits so that RP2040 can update/restart while we keep power and display on
