In the last days of the Soviet Union they used to order catalogs likes Sears and such to try and get some idea of what prices should be due to the inability of planned economies to properly calculate and allocate resources.

They may just have the position that I do. Both governments, or governing bodies, are fucked. Both governments have brainwashed enough of their people to behave very badly, just as ours has BTW.
That doesn’t mean that there aren’t a lot of decent people trapped under both governments, granted moreso in Palestine.
I don’t like to see “Jew hate”, without any nuance, making a resurgence around the world because it won’t end well for anyone.
So I don’t feed into it.
