What you said is NOT a restatement of what she said in the clip (neither in original nor in subtitle). It is simply your GUESS of what her INTENT was.
It is also perfectly reasonable to ASSUME that she equates terrorists and dogs. After all, terrorists are the subject of the clip. And what would be the purpose of warning the German Arabs about what happens to "dogs" if they were already "dogs" in her mind.

The subtitles are accurate. She talks about dogs generally and only calls Sinwar specifically a rat. (I am a German native speaker.)

@aral I think the point is not to defend a genocide, but to defend Israel (no matter what). If anyone else were doing what Israel is doing, Germany would not defend them.
