@thomasroiloup Just going to roast your channel politely as I totally think you can improve with minimal effort.
Clicked on a random video, shittywebcomics #90, and going to give everything you can do to improve

First three minutes is massive filler. Your watch time probably sucks because of this and is likely limiting any possible growth that could happen.
You shill the subscribestar WAY too much. If people are interested they wont be if you shove it down their throats. Hell, you're shilling it before you even convince me that your content is entertaining, why would I consider it if the video hasn't even started in 3 minutes. Plug it once or twice in the middle or end of a video. Make sure it's obvious you aren't plugging it during the middle of recording unless it's funny.
You need to get to the point quickly and vocally clearly within the first 3-15 seconds. That's how quickly retention drops off and you need to get a viewer hooked immediately.
Title and thumbnail is bad. No new viewer will ever click on a video titled part 90 unless the thumbnail and the rest of the title are REALLY good. This is why every single let's play channel puts the part in the description and or thumbnail now. Same goes for those media recap channels. This video would do better numbers if it was titled something like "Forbidden Pitbull Memes..." And the thumbnail was a comically buff pitbull or some shit. Maybe it says "when the child is sus bottom text" idk.
I can't stress enough that there is WAY too much fat. You stick to the same meme for way too long and it makes me want to click off hard.
Description sucks. The description works the way you think the youtube tags works. Go look at Dream's descriptions they're literally perfect. They're designed to force the algorithm to recommend his other videos while sneaking into the recommended videos of other minecraft content creators. Fill that baby out but DO NOT SPAM IT WITH KEYWORDS THIS WILL FUCK IT UP. Make the keywords work in an actual literal description.
Don't talk about a meme, fucking show it on screen
Do this shit on discord. You're basically just stealing CallMeCarson old meme format but doing it in every way worse
Actually just steal what he used to do but with your own spin on it until you start hitting better numbers
Black background looks bad, do that thing where it shows a blurry full screen version if that image in the background with the original image super imposed on top of it assuming you don't do the discord thing (but please do that ffs)
Edit the video. Pirate adobe premier and maybe aftereffects PLEASE
Show the damn stonetoss comic on screen when you talk about it. I might know about it but a random might not, perfect introduction to stonetoss for a random passerby btw
Subscribstar plug at the end of that would have been fine if the rest of the content was fixed and was trimmed a lot
The ending credits are too long. You want to make sure it's short enough where viewers aren't always clicking off at the end prematurely as it slightly fucks up watch time. Compare old Mr Beast outros with new ones for an obvious example of this in motion.
