My opinion: I do not think, that posting simple rules, based on catchwords, solve real-world problems and do the real situation justice.
Out of my experience, someone may feel empowered, when posting it, to get rid of anger and the suppressing feel, that the world spiral in an uncontrollable insanity, but it won't help to improve anything.
